KIM KARDASHIAN, KANYE WEST ENGAGEE
Despite the fact that Ryan Seacrest dropped major hints that Kim Kardashian would get engaged to Kanye West this weekend, friends of the couple say as far as they know it did not happen.
“She wrote me this morning and didn’t mention it,” Kim’s best friend, Jonathan Cheban, tells me.
Seacrest started a media firestorm after he said on his KIIS-FM morning show that he thought the rapper might pop the question over the weekend while Kardashian and West celebrated her birthday in Italy. “I think we could definitely see an update on this story on Monday,” Seacrest said.
“Her vacation is scheduled to end tomorrow, with her heading back to New York City to attend the Angel Ball Monday night,” a friend of Kim’s reveals. “After that she’s heading back to Miami to continue filming her show for a few months. No one had any idea what Ryan was talking about!”
Seacrest serves as executive producer of “Keeping Up With the Kardashians,” and has a very close relationship with the entire family. But let’s remember, Kardashian is still married to Kris Humphries, even though a divorce is currently in the works.
